When I first met the owner of Qtime, she told me that every single order was managed through WhatsApp. She and her husband personally handled each delivery, driving across Florida in their own cars to deliver aircraft parts. It worked… until it didn't. Coordinating orders while being constantly on the road became a daily challenge.

This was my first freelance project, and probably one of the most complete ones I've worked on. Qtime didn't have a website or any digital system in place. We were a small team: the owner, a developer, and me. We started with a market analysis to understand competitors and find ways to make Qtime stand out. Then we designed and built their first website along with an internal system to manage invoices, orders, and deliveries.

As the company grew, they started hiring more drivers, which led us to phase two: designing a dedicated platform for delivery staff to view their assigned jobs and routes in real time.
